About my investment in your listing
Here's how it works and what is included:
Subject to my per-approval of the history, pricing and other factors, you book an imagery session on my web site and make the $100 good-faith payment. There is a specific service listing for Contingent Services. You can click here to go to that page. Once booked:
I do the imagery at the property that you designate.
When the property sells, at and in closing, I get paid 2/10 of 1 percent of the gross selling price.
If the Listing doesn't sell, changes agency, or comes off of the market, you owe me nothing.

Premium still imagery and video of interior and exterior. Any size property
Exterior imagery and video by drone.
Free exterior imagery update of exterior when seasons change.
