Here's how it works and what is included:
You book an imagery session on my web site. There is a specific service listing for Contingent Services. You can click here to go to that page. Once booked:
I do the imagery at the property that you designate.
When the property sells, at closing, I get paid 2/10 of 1 percent of the gross selling price.
If the Listing doesn't sell, changes agency, or comes off of the market, you owe me nothing.
How much do I invest in your success?
Premium still imagery and video of interior and exterior. Any size property
Exterior imagery and video by drone.
Free exterior imagery update of exterior when seasons change.
